Missing Sleep Can Take Years Off Your Life

If your holidays were anything like mine, sleep was not top on your priority list. Late nights with family and friends plus endless to do lists can keep you burning the candle at both ends. It’s hard to remember how vital sleep is to our overall health. Because we can’t always physically see the damage we are doing to our body when we don’t sleep enough, we don’t give it the attention it deserves. Do yourself a favor and make sleep a priority. Your body will thank you.
