Scientists Unmask Diet Myth: Willpower

 

It’s that time of year when the dreaded “W” word rears its ugly head.  Willpower! With so many of us making New Year’s resolutions, we count on the almighty willpower to keep us on track.  Is it really willpower that determines whether we stay on our diet, that forces us to exercise every day, or could it be something else that determines our success or failure?
